Training videos are released on the first three Mondays of each month. The live Q&A Help Desk Call with Monica is the fourth Friday of each month. (Be aware that even though some months have five Mondays or that the fourth Friday might be the same week at the third Monday, the scheduled release for the training sessions doesn't change.)

When do I get access to each module?Each module unlocks as we cover it. The first 3 Mondays of each month, a new module will unlock.

Where do I get the webinars?
You will receive links to the webinars at 6am PST the day of the training. Check you email for these links. You will then be able to log in to this site and have access to the training and the materials.

I'm an agent and I don't have access to the some of the modules. Can you help?
As an agent, you should have access to all the material as we go through it. If you don’t have access, please check the following: Right now, we show you as:
